As a "true gift," the book required the reciprocity and participation of its receivers in order to exist. A copy of the book has been given only to the twenty five institutions and organizations that collaborated with me in its making, from the two hundred and sixty that I originally contacted. Their collaboration consisted in them sending me a picture of the shelf space, or the place where this book is now located, according to their respective categorizing logic, as well as a short description of their mission statement, here included.
